My staff really enjoyed their morning with Nikki (car cleaning training). Her engagement is calm and respectful which enabled my staff to immediately feel comfortable and focused. Nikki was observant and interactive throughout the session and was aware when they battled, needed a break or required further guidance or assistance with translation. And, boy, she gets in there herself!
This is the second time that I have used Ace of Maids and I have been so thrilled with the feedback from my staff that I have booked a training programme for my sister and her household.
