Terms and Conditions

Please respect our cancellation policy.
We get quite a lot of last-minute date changes and cancellations, and we cannot carry the financial burden of every situation.
A cancellation fee of R500 will be charged for training cancelled or rescheduled less than 5 working days prior to the scheduled training dates accepted by you.

Other Terms and Conditions:

1. A list of required items for the training will be emailed through to you.  Please ensure they are available on the day for the training.  We cannot teach correctly without the correct products.
2. Classes need to be paid for 5 working days prior to the date of the class. If no communications are received concerning the payment, the class will be cancelled.
3. Classes cancelled less than 5 working days prior to confirmed class date, will acquire a R500 cancelation fee.
4. We do not offer refunds. Training can be transferred if needed.
5. You will be advised of the areas required for each days teaching.  Kindly ensure we have free access to those areas.
6. Kindly advise us of any areas, spaces, drawers you do not wish us to have access to.
